Michael Teuber
"You must always take the decisive step on your own."
Michael Teuber has managed to pick himself up again, set new goals, and break one record after another today. At almost 1500 meters, in the Tyrolean mountains, we met the exceptional athlete for a very special interview. There he told us how he found his way back on track after his accident, what he has learned for himself, how nutrition influences his performance, and much more...

After a car accident, Michael Teuber was unable to walk. Today, he is back in the midst of life and left his competitors and us behind during the shoot in the Alps on his mountain bike. He achieves this with motivation, endurance, and a special diet - one that is conscious but balanced, and sometimes rounded off in the evening with a burger.

But Michael Teuber has infected us with his way in such a manner that at the end of the day we had muscle soreness, but above all a lot of motivation, inspiration, and still energy to take into the valley - by the way, the exceptional athlete was already back on his bike to go for another "little tour"...
